What youll be doing:
Engage with every customer using a confident, empathetic, and friendly approach.
Deliver exceptional support by actively listening, understanding needs, and providing accurate information and solutions.
Handle customer information with discretion, ensuring accuracy and complete confidentiality throughout every interaction.
The TOP Team is looking for someone who:
Has a 95% and up English level.
Enjoys helping others and solving situations with a positive attitude.
Is proactive, responsible, empathic, and a good listener.

First payment of 500,000 after 30 days of joining operations.

100% Attendance Bonus COP $400,000
Fixed bonus tied to maintaining 100% attendance and being active in the account at the time of each payout.

PM Shift: Monday to Thursday, 3:00 PM 12:00 AM / Friday, 3:00 PM 11:30 PM

8:00 - 17:00; 9:00 - 18:00; 10:00 - 19:00; 12:00 - 21:00; 13:00 - 22:00 ( 2 Dias OFF)
