Position: Chat Customer Service Representative
Location: CI TALSA - Carrera 50GG 12Sur-07, Itagüi
Start Date: May 5/5/2025.
Flexible Schedule: 24/7 operations with two rotating days off.
Students Welcome! Must attend 4 weeks of training (100% attendance required) & fit one of these shifts:
10am - 7pm | 11am - 8pm | 12pm - 9pm | 1pm - 10pm | 2pm - 11pm
Requirements:
English level B2
Minimum 6 months of **chat-based customer service experience** (MUST)
Strong grammar, writing, and communication skills
Empathy & problem-solving abilities
