Your Role
Customer service line: support provided through calls to users of an American bank, assisting with matters related to bank accounts, debit cards, and credit cards.
Collaborate with team members to maintain high quality service standards.
Represent TPs world-class standards in every interaction.
What Were Looking For
Language Level: B2 (Advanced).
Must be based in Bogotá.
High School graduated.
Availability: 42 Hours per week.
Skills & Qualities: Empathetic, responsible, outgoing, good listener and proactive.
