We're seeking a multitalented and creative individual to join our team as a Customer Support, Design & Social Media Specialist. This hybrid role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping others while also having a passion for design and digital communication.
As a key member of our team, you’ll provide exceptional customer support via phone and chat, while also contributing to our social media presence and visual content creation. Your responsibilities will include ensuring professional and helpful customer experience, creating engaging content, supporting community engagement, and maintaining brand consistency across platforms such as Facebook and LinkedIn.
Key Responsibilities:
•\tProvide customer support via phone and chat, ensuring a high level of service and professionalism.
•\tCreate visually appealing designs for social media posts, marketing campaigns, and internal use.
•\tManage and schedule posts across Facebook and LinkedIn.
•\tAssist with community engagement, responding to comments/messages on social channels.
•\tCollaborate with the marketing team on branding and creative initiatives.
•\tMaintain accurate customer support records and provide feedback to improve service.
•\tOther tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
•\tBachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field required.
•\tBilingual abilities required (English B2+ or above is mandatory).
•\tExperience in graphic design (Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools).
•\tFamiliarity with social media management (Facebook, LinkedIn).
•\tAbility to multitask between customer support duties and creative projects.
•\tOrganized, detail-oriented, and proactive.

•\tBase salary: $3.500.000 COP
•\tFull-time position.
•\t40 hours a week
•\tUp to $600,000 COP in benefits

•\tPosition will have the option to be hybrid remote after 60 days of onsite training.
