Content Moderators are responsible for moderating user-generated content on our client’s platform by reviewing written content, videos / livestreams and images to ensure the content meets the community guidelines and escalate any content that goes against the parameters set.
You will:
Become and remain knowledgeable about the products and community standards
Enforce client´s trust and safety policies and guidelines.
Make well-balanced decisions and personally driven to be an effective advocate of the client.
Identify and communicate workflow, tooling improvements, themes and trends found in the moderated content.
Review the moderated content within agreed turnaround times and standards of quality
Recognize trends and patterns, and escalate issues outside the company policy to the global team
Requirements:
English (B2 or above)
Spanish (Native)
Ethical behaviour
Computer skills
Strong problem-solving abilities to address customer objections and find creative solutions
Gaming background is preferred and a plus
