About the Role:
We are seeking a Social Media Marketing Manager to lead daily content execution across multiple platforms. This role is highly execution-focused: you will manage posting schedules, coordinate with community managers, create and edit content, and track performance metrics to drive growth.

Responsibilities:
Oversee daily posting across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Reddit (and soon YouTube, LinkedIn).
Coordinate with Community Managers to ensure content is published on time and aligned with strategy.
Record and edit short-form videos (TikToks, Reels, Shorts) when needed.
Create creative briefs and video scripts for content production.
Maintain a rolling 23 week content calendar.
Monitor, analyze, and report on performance using metrics like retention, shares, saves, and conversion rate.
Collaborate with influencers and creators to expand reach.
Assist with community engagement and crisis management.
Provide clear, actionable weekly and monthly reports.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
34 years of experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
Proven success in executing daily social media content with measurable results.
Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
Strong video creation and editing skills (CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
Experience managing TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Familiarity with social media tools (Hootsuite, Zoho Social, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, TikTok Insights).
Preferred Qualifications:
Comfortable appearing on camera for branded content.
Strong creative brief-writing and storytelling abilities.
Process-driven, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
Data-focused with ability to adjust strategies based on performance.
Strong cross-team collaboration and communication skills.
