Role Overview
Guest Communication
Serve as the primary point of contact for guests through phone, SMS, and internal platforms.
Assist with check-in and check-out coordination, reservation changes, and time-sensitive requests.
Log guest issues and follow up using our property management system.
Deliver prompt, empathetic, and solution-oriented service that reflects our brand values.
Operational & Executive Support
Support the Business Intelligence Analyst (your direct lead) with task tracking, documentation, and cross-functional coordination.
Help improve internal communication processes and SOPs across guest experience and operations.
Draft messages, reminders, and internal updates as needed.
Monitor and update project timelines, due dates, and deliverables.
Identify opportunities for guest experience enhancements based on feedback and recurring issues.
Team & Mission Integration
Participate in collaborative initiatives that align with our guest personalization strategy and broader business goals.
Share insights from guest interactions that could inform marketing, upsells, or design changes.
Provide light administrative support and documentation across departments, especially during high-volume periods.
Schedule & Flexibility
This is a remote part-time position, ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and a service mindset.

Evening and weekend availability
Willingness to work flexible shifts
Ability to rotate schedules if needed
