We are seeking a skilled Web Developer who possesses a blend of technical proficiency and creative flair. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and maintaining websites, a strong understanding of UI/UX design principles, and expertise in managing Google Ads campaigns and implementing SEO strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
**Web Development:**
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive and user-friendly websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and refine specifications and requirements.
- Ensure website functionality and performance across various devices and browsers.
**UI/UX Design:**
- Develop intuitive user interfaces and experiences based on user research and best practices.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that align with business goals and user needs.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback.
**Google Ads Management:**
- Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
- Perform keyword research to identify high-performing keywords and optimize ad copy accordingly.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies to maximize ROI.
**SEO Optimization:**
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
- Conduct regular site audits to identify and rectify technical SEO issues.
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure content is optimized for search engines.
**Qualifications:**
- Degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in web development with a strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with frameworks like React or Angular.
- Experience with back-end development and databases is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience in designing user-centric interfaces and conducting usability testing.
- Proven experience in managing Google Ads campaigns and a solid understanding of PPC strategies.
- Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with SEO tools like Moz, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
