Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the front-line contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and resolving their inquiries or issues. Your responsibilities will include:
Call, verify, ensure payment promises, generate cash collected, effective negotiations, create a sense of urgency, respect compliance and legislation according to the state in which you are calling, read all necessary compliances and procedures as requested.
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English B2 +
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
Empathetic and patient attitude towards customers.
Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
High school diploma or equivalent.
