Are you ready to join an exciting, chat-based BPO campaign supporting clients in the Internet Radio and Music Streaming industry? We’re hiring enthusiastic Chat Representatives to who can help us retain subscribers. Based at our vibrant Bogotá office, this full-time, on-site role offers an 8 AM to 5 PM schedule (9 AM to 6 PM during DLS), Monday through Friday, with weekends off. Perfect for balancing work and life! With performance bonuses up to 1 million COP, client incentives, and the potential to earn up to 3.6 million COP per month.
What You’ll Do:
• Handel 30-50 daily chat interactions with U.S. customers. Your day will focus on:
• Resolving customer inquiries related to billing, general service, and occasional technical troubleshooting with empathy and efficiency.
• Meeting retention targets by saving customers through tailored offers, using your negotiation skills to present the perfect solution.
• Leveraging CRM platforms to track interactions, analyze customer needs, and ensure a seamless experience.
• Collaborating with a dynamic team to maintain high standards and contribute to a positive, culture-driven workplace.
Who We’re Looking For:
• Customer-focused, reliable/stable, and detail-oriented individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, chat-based environment. Ideal candidates bring:
• Proficiency in CRM platforms, data entry, and offer analysis to craft personalized customer solutions. Basic computer skills and multitasking are a must.
• Excellent communication, empathy, negotiation, and adaptability to connect with customers and close deals.
• Fluent spoken and written English (minimum B2.5 level) to engage with U.S. customers via chat.
• High school diploma required; BPO or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory—fresh graduates are welcome!
• The role requires on-site work, so we will prioritize candidates with confirmed proximity (within 60 minutes).
