We are looking for a Business Development Representative | BDR
Location: Remote!
Were looking for a pure hunter.
Someone who knows how to open doors, cut through the noise, and get the right people on the calendar.
Youll be targeting U.S. and Canada-based companies and setting meetings with VPs, Directors, and C-level decision-makers in operations, customer experience, and procurement.
If you love outbound and live for the chase this role is for you.

Your Role
- Build your own pipeline from scratch
- Research, target, and contact ideal prospects via cold calls, email, and LinkedIn
- Qualify leads and book meetings for our Sales VPs and senior execs
- Manage multi-step cadences across accounts
- Hit weekly and monthly KPIs: contacts, connects, meetings booked
You Bring
- 13 years of outbound SDR/BDR experience
- Confidence in cold calling and objection handling
- Strong written communication for U.S. business buyers
- Experience with sales tools (Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, HubSpot/Salesforce)
