What you´ll be doing:
Provide customer service through: Inbound and outbound calls, chats, emails, text messages and social media.
Handle inquiries and requests from customers.
Provide assistance related to accommodation services, casinos, travel packages and other related services.
Represent TPs world-class standards in every interaction.
What Were Looking For
Language Level: B2.
Work Experience Requirement: At least 6 months of experience in customer service.
Availability: Full time.
Skills & Qualities: Enthusiasm, Empathy and critical thinking.
