Biomedical Technician – Customer Support (Neurodiagnostic Equipment)
Department: Technical Support / Customer Service
Work Schedule: Rotating shifts (day and night)
Job Type: On-site with availability for national and international travel

Job Objective:
Provide specialized technical support to clients using neurodiagnostic equipment commercialized by Neurovirtual. Ensure optimal performance of devices through installations, configurations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and user training, enhancing customer satisfaction and proper equipment usage.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide remote and on-site technical support to clients during day and night shifts.

Perform complete installation of neurodiagnostic systems (EEG, PSG, EMG, etc.).

Deliver user training on equipment operation and associated software.

Customize device configurations to meet clinical or research-specific requirements.

Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues both on-site and remotely.

Participate in technical research and testing of new developments or updates.

Prepare technical reports following installation, training, or support interventions.

Maintain updated records and documentation in internal systems.

Attend internal and external training sessions to stay updated on Neurovirtual products.

Represent the company with professionalism and a customer-first approach.
