Provide specialized technical support to clients using Neurovirtual neurodiagnostic equipment, through rotational day and night shifts, on-site visits, trainings, installations, and troubleshooting. Ensure proper equipment operation and customer satisfaction while participating in research, configuration improvements, and ongoing technical training.
On-site with availability for national and international travel
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support for medical equipment (preferably neurodiagnostic systems such as EEG, PSG, EMG, etc.).
Experience with customer service and use of specialized software.
Technical Knowledge:
Proficiency in Windows OS, basic networking, cabling, and hardware installation.
Familiarity with medical software and biomedical communication protocols.
Intermediate to advanced English (required for international training).
Prior experience with Neurovirtual equipment is a plus.
