What You’ll Be Doing:
Analyze and recover rejected client bills
Submit appeals on time and follow up to ensure success
Keep everything organized and documented
Spot billing trends and help improve internal processes
Collaborate with multiple teams like Billing, Compliance, and Legal Operations
Use client portals and follow billing guidelines with precision
What You Bring to the Table:
Advanced English (C1 – a must!)
3+ years of experience or strong technical background
Solid MS Office skills and familiarity with billing/accounting systems
Super organized, focused, and detail-loving
Proactive mindset and great communication skills
Ability to learn fast and solve problems with a positive attitude
Experience in audits or quality control? That’s a big plus!
