Requirements:
Degree or technical certification in Education, Communications, Humanities, or Business Administration
Advanced English (a must)
At least 1 year of training experience in a call center environment
Proficient in Office tools and CRM systems
Strong skills with the Microsoft Office suite
Key Responsibilities:
Update and manage training materials for assigned campaigns
Report and document any changes in training content
Prepare materials, coordinate sessions with agents and supervisors
Attend meetings with the Training team, clients, and other departments
Provide continuous support to agents during onboarding and early performance stages
Create monthly training reports
Manage access, accounts, and training tools
Support agents through their learning process
Develop updated training plans and content based on operational needs
