Bilingual Team Leader - Sales Campaign
Location: Colombia - Bogotá (Site Buro 25)
Contract: Full-time, indefinite term
Salary Range: 3´100.000 COP
Performance Bonus: without a cap, according to the account goals.
 
Purpose of the Role
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Team Leader (TL) to join our team and support our sales campaign, managing all team and process related issues for the account. This would entail team management activities including effective process control, monitoring voice standards, performance reporting, value innovation, develop sales skills on the team assigned and escalation resolution. The team size would be of 15 - 20 agents on inbound sales.
 
Key Responsibilities
Coach / monitor the employees in production by providing with feedback about individual strength and weaknesses.
Ensure team is aware of all updates and changes in policies/ procedures and processes.
Manage KPIs and Service Levels.
Handle customer and client escalations.
Adherence to company and client policies (Security, ZTP, etc.).
Employee motivation.
 
Requirements
Experience: Minimum 6 months of prior experience in Sales BPO.
Education: Formal degree is not required, but proven sales experience is essential.
English Level: Advanced (B2+), fluent in business communication.
Availability: Full-time; professionals only (not open to students).
Team Management of 15 to 20 agents
Coach & Development experience.
 
Work Model
Work From Office (WFO) 100% on site Buro 25.
Rotating schedules with two days off.
