What will you do? As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish and English), you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers. Your responsibilities will include: Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner. Assisting customers with product information, order tracking, and troubleshooting. Handling customer complaints and finding appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. Escalating complex issues to the relevant departments when necessary. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborating with other team members to continuously improve customer service processes. Your main responsibilities: -Listing queries -Fees -Billing and invoices queries -Managed payments queries -Invoice queries -Shipping queries -Returns process Who are we looking for?

Must be 18 years or older.
High school diploma or equivalent
. Proficiency in English (B2 level) and fluency in Spanish.
Reside in Barranquilla
Availability to work on-site
Colombian citizenship or valid work permit. Desired Skills:
