Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle end-to-end.
- Write compelling job descriptions aligned with company culture.
- Source, interview, and evaluate bilingual candidates.
- Coordinate hiring and onboarding processes.
- Enhance the overall candidate experience.
Requirements
- Advanced English (B2 or higher).
- At least 2 years of experience in recruitment.
- Familiarity with tech roles (preferred but not required).
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS tools.
- Strong communication, empathy, and adaptability.
