Location: Remote all Colombia
 
Shift Days, Hours and Time Zone: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST
 
Level of Study Required: High School Diploma
 
Weekly Hours of Work: 40
 
Job Description:
The Recruiter actively sources talent into the organization. This position entails making outbound sourcing calls to recruit talent and work to source candidates in a variety of web-based talent portals, conducting recorded video interviews, scheduling, and assisting the Staffing Coordinator with facilitating the hiring process for candidates that are in the talent pipeline. For some clients, this involves high-volume, long-cycle recruitment, necessitating continuous candidate engagement and meticulous tracking over several months. A key aspect of this role also involves hosting multiple webinars per week, requiring strong public speaking skills.
 
Responsibilities:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Makes outbound recruiting calls to effectively source, screen, and attract new caregiver talent into the organization.
Answers inbound referrals and inquiries regarding our employment opportunity and successfully converts inquiries into appointments/interviews.
Conducts recorded video interviews, screens, and tests all applicants.
Participates in running recruiting events/job fairs.
Submitting applications.
Writing documentation.
Coordinating and conducting several interviews per day.
Managing background and reference checks.
Tracking hiring processes.
Maintains documentation of associate work records in software system and ensures current and complete personnel records for all candidates.
Transferring data among different formats for analysis, presentation, and report purposes.
Hosts multiple weekly webinars, presenting information clearly and engagingly to potential candidates.
 
Skills and Qualifications Hard and Soft Skills:
 
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting.
English proficiency level C1-C2
Proven ability to manage high-volume, long-cycle recruitment processes, maintaining candidate engagement and interest over extended periods.
Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Comfortability and proficiency with public speaking, particularly in a webinar setting.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace (G Suite), and video conferencing tools (Zoom/Microsoft Teams).
