Position Title: Intake Specialist
 Location: Bogotá, Colombia
 Office: Bogotá: Sura Rosales, Quinta Camacho Calle 72 8-24 Ed Suramericana
 Shift: Availability from Monday to Sunday (Two days off which are continuous but are selected by the operation) The days off can be Frid - Sat // Sat-Sun  // Sun-Mond.
 Availability: from 7:00 am  to  10:00 pm  COL  (the schedule will be given in this time frame)
Hours per week: 44
 
MUST HAVE:
 Experience: 1+ year in customer service or call centers (BPO)
 Languages: Bilingual (English & Spanish)
 
 Job Description:

 Principal Duties:
1 Conduct consultations for potential cases
2 Sign up new clients electronically
3 Set initial clinic appointments
4 Review inquiry calls/emails
5 Process and file legal documents
6 Meet walk-in clients & communicate with partner firms
7 Data entry and case documentation
 
 Secondary Duties:
 Collaborate with other departments
 Connect clients with legal teams
 Direct calls from insurance/medical providers appropriately
 
 Skills & Qualifications:
 Multi-tasking in fast-paced environments
 Organizational & tech proficiency
 Microsoft Word, Outlook, DocuSign
 Office equipment handling
