Job Description
Make outbound/inbound calls to individuals interested in properties and aim to transfer them to sales agents located in the U.S.
What Will You Do?
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish and English), you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
Handling incoming calls on our service lines.
Providing professional and efficient assistance.
Completing required training and meeting quality standards.
Who Are We Looking For?
We welcome individuals from various backgrounds who meet the following requirements:
18 years or older.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proficiency in English (B2+) and fluency in Spanish.
Full-time availability.
Colombian citizenship or valid work permit.
