Initial Requirements to Apply:
1 B2 English level or higher (interview process and daily work are 100% in English).
2 Must reside in Colombia and have legal permission to work in the country.
3 Minimum 5 years of Quality Assurance experience, including 2+ years in test automation.
Required Skills/ Experience:
5+ years of Quality Assurance experience.
2+ years of experience in automation testing.
Familiarity with Mabl and SpiraDocs.
Proficiency in scripting test automation frameworks (TestComplete, etc.).
Experience testing RESTful APIs using Postman.
Bonus Experience
Experience querying data with DB2 for i SQL.
Familiarity with version control systems (MDCMS).
Prior experience in the financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and execute manual test scripts and tools to validate functional and non-functional requirements, emphasizing testability.
Build and maintain automated test scripts, tools, and frameworks to streamline validation of software features.
Identify, analyze, and report software defects, collaborating with developers to resolve issues quickly in CI/CD workflows.
Participate in refinement and design sessions, focusing on maintainability and testability.
Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and scenarios aligned with sprint goals.
Support sprint objectives by performing manual testing activities when needed.
Monitor, analyze, and communicate test results, ensuring alignment with quality standards and sprint/release timelines.
