Role Overview:
As a Customer Support Agent, youll assist streaming platform users with:
Account management
Subscription cancellations
Refund requests
General troubleshooting and platform support
Requirements:
English level C1 (spoken & written)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and customer focus
Experience in customer service is a plus
Passion for gaming is a big advantage!
