Responsibilities: · Handle phone calls and emails efficiently and professionally. · Provide assistance to customers with their online purchases, effectively resolving questions and issues. · Ensure customer satisfaction by offering clear and detailed solutions. · Work closely with the team to maintain a high level of service and meet goals. · Chat management is not required; phone calls and emails are required only.
Requirements: · C1 English level. · Exceptional communication and customer service skills. · Previous customer service experience in BPO. · Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to different situations efficiently. · Proactive attitude and ability to solve problems independently.
