Your Role:
· Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, or phone.
· Assist clients with product information, sizing, and style recommendations.
· Support customers with order tracking, exchanges, and returns.
· Handle billing and payment questions related to purchases.
· Provide guidance on online shopping processes and store policies.
· Represent TPs world-class standards and the brands luxury image in every interaction.
What Were Looking For:
· Language Level: B2 English level.
· Enjoys helping others and solving situations with a positive attitude.
