We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing top-notch support and helping resolve inquiries efficiently and professionally.
What youll be doing:
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer questions or concerns
Provide product/service information to customers
Troubleshoot issues and escalate unresolved problems to the appropriate departments
Record and update customer information in the database accurately
Always maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service
Meet individual and team performance targets

B2 English level
