Were looking for Bilingual Customer Service Experts to support customers in the travel and accommodation sector, working with one of the worlds most innovative and respected global hospitality platforms.
Your Role
As a Bilingual Customer Expert, you will:
Provide exceptional customer service and support.
Identify customer needs and offer personalized solutions.
Respond to inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction 
What Were Looking For
Education and Work Experience Requirement:
High School Diploma.
Minimum of 3 months of certified experience in customer service is required.
Skills & Qualities:
Strong communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
A positive attitude and passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Conditions:
English B2 (80% fluency)
42 hours per week
Schedules: Training: 1:00am to 10:00am / Operations: 1:00am to 10:00 am/ 2 days off
Salary: COP $2.547.000 + performance bonuses
Hiring Bonus: COP $1,500,000
Location: Bogotá, Connecta (Ac. 26 92-32, Bogotá)
