Your Role:
· Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, or phone.
· Resolve account access issues (e.g., login problems, password resets).
· Assist with billing questions and subscription management.
· Troubleshoot streaming issues (buffering, playback errors, device compatibility).
· Guide users through setting up or updating apps and devices.
· Represent TPs world-class standards in every interaction.

· Language Level: C1 English level.
· Enjoys helping others and solving situations with a positive attitude.
