We are looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Agent to join our team at a fast-growing delivery and transportation company. The ideal candidate is customer-oriented, proactive, and able to communicate effectively in English.
The role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and professionalism to ensure effective debt recovery while maintaining customer relationships.
What youll be doing:
The agents main responsibility will be to resolve customers questions, concerns, and inquiries regarding the transportation service through inbound calls.
Ensure Positive Experience: Ensure that each customer receives friendly, professional, and efficient service, leaving them with a positive impression of the Disney brand.
Performance Goal Achievement: Meet performance goals such as resolution time, customer satisfaction, and other key performance indicators (KPIs), while consistently improving the user experience.
The TOP Team is looking for someone who has:
B2 English level.
Enjoys helping others and solving situations with a positive attitude.
Proactive, responsible, empathic, and a good listener.
Proficiency in using software and research for problem-solving

Conditions:

42 hours per week
Schedules: 9:00 a 18:30 and 10:00 a 19:30, Two days off
Salary: COP $2.315.000 / MO
Location: Bogotá (On site)
