Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the front-line contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and resolving their inquiries or issues. Your responsibilities will include:
The primary function of this position is to provide TECH SUPPORT to English and Spanish-speaking customers, with bilingual speaking fluency.
The position is responsible for performing duties related to and including income customer service calls creating claims, registering protection plans, and following up on existing claims on payment issues and resolutions.
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
Empathetic and patient attitude towards customers.
Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
High school diploma or equivalent.
