We are seeking a highly skilled Loyalty program agent, focused on providing exceptional loyalty program and support. The ideal candidate will possess excellent active listening skills, empathy, and the ability to manage customer interactions effectively. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, is technically inclined, and has a passion for telecommunication services. What youll be doing:
Build loyalty among the companys existing customers through the successful offering of various telecommunications-related products.
Handle calls efficiently while maintaining a friendly and informative tone.
Stay updated on product and procedure changes to ensure accurate resolutions within established policies.
Respond to customer inquiries with a strong sense of urgency and professionalism.
Promote and sell new products and services to clients.
The TOP Team is looking for someone who:
C1 English level.
Enjoys helping others and solving situations with a positive attitude.
