Responsabilidades
Responsible for taking calls from service advisors to complete the insurance
claims.
Responsible for calling the Insurance Policy Service department to confirm
comprehensive coverage for customers.
Assist Customer success department by answering overflow calls which are
related to Rebate, Warranty Issues, Scheduling, and other calls that fall under
Customer Success.
Responsible for making sure that all customer information is encoded and
updated in salesforce with 100% accuracy.
Responsible for making sure that the conversion of LEADS to OPPORTUNITIES
are properly documented on SALESFORCE. Apart from LZ1 leads, all Won leads
should be converted to Opportunities in Salesforce.
Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Modalidad: Presencial, se vuelve remoto a partir del mes de mayo.
Tipo de contrato: Indefinido
Horarios: de 40-42 horas a la semana distribuidas en 5 días (L-V o M-S)

Salario: $2,000,000 COP por mes+ Auxilio de transporte de ley
Bono: $250,000 COP
Bono de conectividad: $100.000
KPI: Obtener una calificación superior a 3.5 para obtener un bono del 10% de tu salario basico
Bono de Gimnasio por hasta $100.000 (Luego de haber estado más de 2 meses en la empresa)
