Your Role
As a Bilingual Loyalty Expert, your mission is to deliver high-level customer service experiences, focused on loyalty programs and customer retention strategies. You will manage inquiries and provide expert-level guidance to customers, helping them maximize the benefits of their loyalty programs.
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone.
Guide customers on loyalty points, benefits, redemptions, and account updates
Solve concerns efficiently while delivering empathetic and personalized support
Represent TPs world-class standards in every interaction
What Were Looking For
· Language Level: C1 90% conversational English
· Education and Work Experience Requirement: High school diploma (Bachiller)
· Availability: Full-time (40 hours/week)
