Job Summary – BDR (Cold Calling Focus):
Your role is to identify and connect with corporate decision-makers responsible for workplace interiors—especially in industries like healthcare, insurance, finance, legal, and professional services (think: companies with office environments like Cigna). You'll be responsible for cold calling and outbound outreach to introduce our client (Interior Architecture’s services) and schedule qualified meetings for the leadership team. Ideal candidates have experience working with real estate departments in corporate settings.

Key Tasks:
-Build and manage call lists focused on corporate real estate, facilities, and operations teams
-Make daily outbound cold calls to businesses in healthcare, insurance, finance, and other office-based sectors
-Send personalized follow-ups via email and LinkedIn
-Qualify interest and assess early project potential
-Schedule discovery meetings for the GDS team
-Keep CRM updated with call notes and activity logs
