We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced General Accountant to support our finance operations in a fast-paced, multinational environment. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with financial regulations, maintain accurate records, support audits, and deliver timely reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with local and international financial, tax, and accounting standards.
Maintain general ledger integrity, including bank reconciliations and journal entries.
Process invoice payments, verify transactions, and resolve discrepancies.
Support month-end and year-end closings, financial statements, and audit documentation.
Analyze costs and project expenditures, reporting insights to management.
Assist with tax reporting and regulatory submissions.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance.
35 years of experience in corporate or multinational finance roles.
Strong knowledge of financial principles and Colombian tax laws.
Advanced Excel and ERP system proficiency.
English level B1/B2 or higher.
Detail-oriented, organized, and business-focused.
