In order to satisfy the needs and requests of the clients, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to a fashion company via phone calls, chats, and emails.

- For this great job, how much will I get paid?

- Salary 44 hours ($2.850.000) + bonuses ($300.000)

-Schedule Monday to Sunday with the possibility to choose your schedule within the following schedules: 2:00 am to 12:00 pm, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm and 10:00 am to 8:00 pm.


-One day off (possible to be on weekends).

-Place of work: Puerto Seco (Cl. 8B 65 - 237, Guayabal)

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- Good ATTITUDE to serve your customers, willing to learn and grow within the company with discipline, eager to be EXCELLENT in your management.

-Someone really passionate about fashion and clothes

- High school diploma.

-Desirable to have experience in customer service (desirable to have experience in call center)

- B2-C1 English level.

-Great writing skills.

-Availability to work in Medellin.
