What Youll be Doing
Do you have a passion for technology and helping others? In this role, youll work to resolve customer technical requests or issues via voice and chat services including chat, text, email, social media, direct messaging as well as other nonverbal platforms. Whether its getting answers for customers quickly, consulting on products with compassion or resolving their issues with a smile, youll be the difference between their customer experience being just average or an exceptional one.

During a Typical Day, Youll
\tBring your passion and love for technology to know whats going on with the latest technology products and help customers
\tAnswer verbal and written incoming communications from customers
\tConnect and resolve issues with customers using written communication only

What You Bring to the Role
\t2+ years of tech support and troubleshooting experience and/or a degree in IT/IS or a related field
\tProficiency in connecting with customers through voice, email and chat
\tExcellent grammar, spelling, and written communication skills
\tStrong computer skills
\tLeadership, cognitive, and decision-making abilities
\tAbility to recognize and resolve customer issues independently
\tPost-secondary education
