Mid/Senior Bilingual Backend Developer (Spanish-English, B2/C1)
Salary: COP 4,500,000 – 7,000,000 per month (depending on experience) Contract Type: Project-based (Obra o labor) Location: Remote (Hybrid possible if required)

Role & Responsibilities We are looking for a Backend Developer with solid experience in Python, AWS, LLMs, and APIs, capable of building and optimizing systems to scale in high-performance environments. Your main duties will include:
Designing, implementing, and optimizing high-impact backend features.
Developing and maintaining integrations with APIs and cloud services (AWS).
Implementing and improving Large Language Models (LLMs) and intelligent agent behaviors.
Optimizing infrastructure and ensuring scalability and performance.
Maintaining and improving CI/CD pipelines.
Ensuring system security and regulatory compliance.
Collaborating with product and leadership teams to align technical strategy with business goals.
Requirements
English level B2/C1 (fluent spoken and written).
Proven experience in backend development with Python.
Experience with AWS and deploying cloud-based applications.
Knowledge of API integrations and optimization for scalability.
Ability to make technical decisions and work independently.
Minimum 3–5 years of professional software development experience (excluding internships).
Nice to Have
Experience with generative AI, prompt engineering, or voice AI systems.
Prior experience in startups or high-growth environments.
Experience in healthcare technology or pharmacy-related projects.
