Position Overview
This opportunity is offered by Accodal, a leading staffing company that connects top-tier tech and support talent from Latin America with companies across the globe. We are currently hiring a Telemarketing Agent based in South America to work remotely on a contractual basis. As part of our distributed team, you’ll support one of our international clients by delivering excellent communication, lead generation, and administrative support services.
About the Role
We are seeking a proactive, goal-driven Telemarketing Agent based in South America to join our team on a contractual basis. This is a remote position suited for individuals with excellent communication skills, a self-motivated work ethic, and the ability to handle various outbound and support tasks. In addition to telemarketing, the role includes customer service, virtual assistant duties, and occasional ad hoc projects.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospects and existing customers to promote products/services, generate leads, and schedule appointments.
Provide basic customer service support, including responding to inquiries, following up with clients, and addressing minor concerns.
Assist with virtual assistant tasks, such as data entry, email management, calendar scheduling, and other administrative support as needed.
Participate in ad hoc outbound campaigns (e.g., surveys, event outreach, reactivation campaigns).
Accurately record call outcomes, customer interactions, and relevant notes in the CRM system.
Handle objections professionally and maintain a positive representation of the company.
Collaborate with supervisors or team leads to report on performance and project updates.
Meet or exceed established performance metrics, including daily call volumes and conversion rates.
Qualifications
At least 1 year of experience in telemarketing, customer service, or administrative support.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Proficiency in using CRM tools, email, calendars, and remote work platforms.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
High-speed internet and a quiet, professional home working environment.
Must be based in South America and available to work within agreed time zones.
Preferred Skills
Experience supporting clients in international markets.
Familiarity with outbound campaign tools and virtual assistant software
