¿Qué harás?
Gestionar solicitudes de certificación laboral (PERM) ante el Departamento de Trabajo de EE. UU.
Preparar y presentar peticiones para visas de trabajo como:
L-1 (transferencia intraempresa)
E-1 (comerciante por tratado)
E-2 (inversionista por tratado)
TN (profesionales bajo el T-MEC)
Asesorar a clientes sobre estrategias migratorias y cumplimiento legal.
Coordinar con clientes y equipo interno para asegurar presentaciones precisas y completas.
Perfil que buscamos:
Abogado/a con licencia vigente y al menos 2 años de experiencia en leyes de inmigración laboral.
Conocimiento profundo de inmigración empresarial en EE. UU.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita en ingles.
Capacidad para manejar múltiples casos y cumplir con plazos.

What You’ll Do:
Handle labor certification (PERM) applications with the U.S. Department of Labor.
Prepare and file petitions for employment-based visas, including:
L-1 (Intra-company transferee)
E-1 (Treaty trader)
E-2 (Treaty investor)
TN (NAFTA/USMCA professionals)
Advise clients on immigration strategies and legal compliance.
Coordinate with clients and internal staff to ensure accurate and complete filings.
What We’re Looking For:
Licensed attorney with at least 2 years of experience in employment-based immigration law.
In-depth knowledge of U.S. business immigration processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
