Were looking for a proactive, creative, and organized Virtual Assistant to support our marketing, social media, and outreach efforts. Your goal will be to help grow our patient volume by increasing brand awareness, building online engagement, generating qualified leads, and supporting community networking efforts. Experience in health or wellness-related industries or aesthetics is a big plus.
Social Media Management:
Plan and schedule engaging social media content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) for both FHCC and Bull 54
Create branded graphics and short-form videos (using Canva or similar tools)
Respond to comments, DMs, and engage with local and relevant accounts to grow visibility
Lead Generation & Tracking:
Monitor and organize incoming leads from social media, website, and online forms
Create and maintain CRM or lead tracking system (e.g., Airtable, Notion, or Excel)
Preferred Qualifications
Proficient in English
2 Years of experience as a virtual assistant, marketing assistant, or similar role
Strong knowledge of social media platforms and tools (Canva, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
Excellent communication and copywriting skills
Basic graphic design and/or video editing skills
