Are you a persuasive communicator with a passion for sales? Do you speak English at a native or near-native level? We’re looking for a results-driven individual to join our growing team in our Villavicencio office.
You’ll be responsible for connecting with potential clients in the U.S., Canada, and Europe through, cold calls and email outreach, offering consulting, software services and automation.
Requirements:
C2-level English (spoken and written) – mandatory
Previous experience in cold calling or outbound sales
Strong communication and persuasion skills
CRM and lead tracking familiarity
Must be based in Villavicencio and available to work **on-site**
Positive, proactive, and results-driven attitude
Experience in consulting, telemarketing, software sales, or automation is highly recommended
Responsibilities:
*Make cold calls to potential clients (B2B)
* Send personalized emails and follow up with leads
* Present services clearly and effectively
* Book meetings or close sales directly
* Report weekly KPIs and update CRM
