We are a fast-growing U.S.-based IT solutions company seeking a motivated and technically strong Account Executive to help drive our business growth. In this role, you’ll leverage your sales expertise and technical knowledge to deliver end-to-end solutions for medium and large enterprises — from IT field services and communications infrastructure to enterprise-grade CCTV and access control systems. You’ll play a key role in building relationships, identifying opportunities, and partnering with our dedicated Solutions Architect to design and deliver customized, high-value solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure sustainable growth and development of assigned accounts.
• Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Prospect and develop new business opportunities with medium and large enterprises that require IT services delivery, infrastructure, campus outdoor WiFi, CCTV, and access control systems.
• Provide technical and commercial support to clients on IT infrastructure projects.
• Manage the company CRM effectively and maintain accurate sales pipeline reporting.
• Collaborate with marketing, engineering, project teams, and the Solutions Architect to design customized, high-value solutions and support go-to-market efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in systems, Electronics, Telecommunications, Electrical, Industrial, or Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in consultative sales of IT hardware solutions and field services (e.g., networking, infrastructure, WiFi deployments, and related IT/telecom solutions).
• Proven experience in B2B consultative sales and managing corporate accounts.
• Solid understanding of IT project integration and solution selling.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and able to produce results with minimal supervision.
