Key Responsibilities
Experience in UX/UI design for web/apps
Proficiency in responsive design best practices
Strong portfolio demonstrating work for tech, health, banks or SaaS
Ability to follow established brand guidelines and adapt to various styles
Detail-focused and able to deliver consistent results
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, prototypes, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
Work directly with Developers and SEO to communicate design ideas and compositions.
Improve user interfaces based on customer feedback, market development, and industry trends.
Skills:
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and/or Web Site, preferably in healthcare, marketing, or corporate environments.
Experience in Figma and UI/UX.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint).
Experience with print production processes, including prepress, color management, and typography.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Knowledge of design principles, layout techniques, and branding strategies.
Experience with variable data printing (VDP) and automation tools is a plus.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools (social media, email design) is a bonus.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in graphic design and desktop publishing.
Experience working with healthcare or managed care organizations is a plus.
