Key Responsibilities:
Accurately complete online freight forms to request shipping quotes.
Select the correct shipment types (FCL, LCL) based on client or internal needs.
Enter detailed cargo information: dimensions, weight, commodity type, origin and destination ports.
Select appropriate shipping methods, incoterms, and documentation.
Ensure all required fields are correctly completed to avoid delays or errors.
Review and verify information before submitting forms.
Keep records of quote requests and received responses.
Communicate with clients, internal teams, or freight forwarders to confirm shipment details.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure shipment processing aligns with the submitted data.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
12 years of experience in Customer Service and Logistic agent (BPO)
Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
Comfortable using web-based tools and email.
