Key responsibilities
Execute outbound outreach using email, phone, and text messaging platforms.
Diligently follow up with leads at various stages of the sales funnel.
Schedule and confirm in-office consultations with prospective patients.
Accurately document all interactions, updates, and lead statuses in our CRM system.
Coordinate with internal teams to manage appointment logistics and monitor progress.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of messaging templates and outreach strategies based on performance data.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable with phone-based outreach and calling experience.
Familiarity with CRM tools and email platforms.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and coachable.
