Key responsabilities:
Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines to integrate data from multiple sources (TMS, CRM, ERP, etc.).
Implement ETL processes to clean, transform, and structure data for analysis and reporting.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and availability to support critical business decisions.
Collaborate with internal teams to understand data needs and enhance reporting capabilities.
Develop SQL queries and scripts to automate data extraction, transformation, and loading.
Monitor data performance, identify bottlenecks, and troubleshoot data-related issues.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in data engineering, BI development, or analytics, preferably in the logistics, supply chain, or 3PL industry.
Language: English B2 (Must have)
Technical Skills:
Strong proficiency in SQL, and either Python or R for data manipulation.
Solid understanding of ETL processes, data modeling, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Familiarity with relational databases such as IBM DB2 and MSSQL.
Experience working with data formats and APIs: XML, JSON, REST, SOAP, and/or JMS.
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to communicate technical insights clearly to business stakeholders and support data-informed decisions.
