Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and driven Attorney to join our Medellín office. This is an exciting opportunity for an attorney with a minimum of 2 years of experience who is eager to enhance their skills, particularly in personal injury cases. As an Attorney, you will have the chance to work closely with our most experienced litigators for ongoing mentorship in all aspects of personal injury litigation, from case preparation to trial.
The ideal candidate has an advanced level of English, will be passionate about advocating for injured clients, and will have a strong desire to grow their experience. This role will provide direct, hands-on exposure to complex cases, as well as the opportunity to develop strong case management skills under the guidance of an experienced lawyer.

Responsibilities:
Review cases that transition into Litigation from our Pre-Litigation team and develop case strategy for success.
Handle some pre-litigation demand matters
Draft pleadings, motions, and legal documents in preparation for litigation.
Work collaboratively with other attorneys and support staff to ensure the highest quality legal services are provided to clients.
Manage case files, maintain client communication, and uphold the firm's commitment to excellent client service.
Requirements:
Law degree and valid professional license.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal injury law or legal document review.
Advanced English skills (reading and writing).
Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.
Availability to work on-site at our office.
