Were hiring a Senior Analytical Controller to partner with leadership on financial strategy, reporting, and data analysis. This is not a bookkeeping or transactional accounting position. This is a hybrid role combining finance, data analytics, and strategic decision support.

Youll work directly with executive leaders to interpret data, improve reporting systems, and deliver insights that shape business decisions. The environment feels like a startup. Salary: 9.000.000 COP per Month +150,000 COP stipend
Key Responsibilities
Own financial oversight across multiple U.S. client entities.
Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI, Google Sheets, or Excel.
Analyze performance metrics and identify patterns, anomalies, or improvement opportunities.
Prepare and present financial reports directly to leadership with clear explanations and recommendations.
Develop and refine SOPs to standardize accounting and reporting workflows.
Collaborate with strategic partners (Phoenix Strategy Group) on budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
Support and mentor finance staff, ensuring accuracy and quality in all financial deliverables.
Qualifications
5+ years in accounting or finance, ideally in a U.S.-based company or with U.S. clients.
Advanced proficiency in Power BI (or similar BI tools) and Excel/Google Sheets.
Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting systems.
Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for leadership.
Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP principles.
Excellent communication skills in English, written and verbal.
Demonstrated ability to create SOPs or process improvements.
Analytical, proactive, and comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy.
